With the life span of the modern MMORPG, I am sure some more features from the likes of EQ 2 will make it to WAR within an expansion or two.

I do hope to see some shameless picking of good elements from EQ and EQ2. In music and in MMORPG creation, the saying is true: “Good artists borrow, great artists steal.”

Not familiar with EVQ2 but the collections wouldn’t be a bad idea, I could use the experience part of that,lol. Good post.

i haven’t played everquest ever since, i stayed away from it for no particular reasons, this post makes me think it’s worth checking out…

I didn’t care for EQ2 much, but I did like the collections and harvesting.

I never heard of treasure chests. Maybe that was new in the expansion? I stopped playing before that came out.

I have never played Everquest 2. But after your this review I will start playing everquest 2 very soon.
