Warhammer Character Stats Guide
Finally, I am addicted to a new MMORPG. It has been so long since I had that desire to play one. But, as I am sure that you can tell Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning has made me an addict again. Most of the game mechanics in Warhammer Online are similar to that of other MMORPGs, but it does have its own terminology. As I was gaining equipment in Warhammer, I couldn't keep track of what character stats did what. To help me out and hopefully you, I have created this Warhammer character stats guide.
Strength
- increases your melee damage
Strengths Effect on Ability Damage = Ability Damage (+DPS) = Strength Value/5
Strengths Effect of Auto-Attack Damage = Auto-Attack Damage (+DPS) = Strength Value/10
- reduces your opponents chance to block or parry attacks
Ballistics Skill
- increases ranged damage
Ballistic Skill's Effect on Ability Damage = Ability Damage (+DPS) = Ballistics Skill/5
Ballistic Skill's Effect on Auto-Attack Damage = Auto-Attack Damage (+DPS) = Ballistics Skill/10
- Reduces opponents chance to block or evade attacks
Intelligence
- increases magic damage
Ability Damage (+DPS) = Intelligence Skill/5
- reduces opponents chance to block or disrupt attacks
Toughness
- reduces damage dealt to you
Damage Reduction (-DPS) = Toughness Value/5
Weapon Skill
- increases penetration of your opponents armor
Armor Penetration (%) = Weapons Skill/11.28
- increases chance to parry attack
Initiative
- increases chance to evade attacks
- increases chance to detect stealthed enemies
- lowers your chance to be critically hit
Willpower
- increases healing dealt to you and allies
- increases chance to disrupt attacks
Wounds
- increases your hitpoints
Each point in Wounds increases your hitpoints by 10
I hope that this Warhammer character stats guide will help you as you determine which stats to focus on. No matter what class you are any of these stats will help you. However, some will help you more than others depending on which class you are.

I think you missed to point out how armor and resistances work as well
Armor:
Armor / (Level * 44) * .4 * 100 = +% Damage Reduction
Resistances:
Resistance Value / (level * 3.8) * .4 * 100 = % Resistance
You might want to add block rating as well:
Block:Block rating of shield / (level*7.5+50) * .2 * 100 = Block %
