Dell XPS One Review

The Dell XPS One has been out long enough now that it's been well-vetted and tried. This means everything that's likely going to be wrong with it has probably been discovered, so we here at MMO Explorer thought we'd test drive the all-in-one Dell XPS to give you a review.

First, it's an all-in-one system, so everything is in the monitor and it includes a cordless keyboard with touch pad, so no awkward mousing from afar. When most people think of all-in-one PCs, they think of the Apple iMac. Well, users who've had the all-in-one Dell XPS are willing to say that it beats the iMac in style and design.

It's definitely a sleek, clean, simple-appearing machine, but the Dell SPX One computer packs some punch too. It's basically a 20-inch wide screen with all of the stuff you use, like USB plugs, DVD tray, and so forth hidden behind it. It's so thin that most people will assume you've hidden your computer tower somewhere and it's wired to it.

Another cool feature that the Dell XPS One has that you won't see on a Mac is the user-service panel on the back. That's right, you can open this one up and ad extras like more RAM. That makes it a true gamer's PC, though it doesn't have another drive bay. It does have a replaceable graphics card, though, so if the ATI Radeon HD 2400 isn't good enough for you, you can replace it with any MXM card. Big bonus!

Obviously, the Dell XPS One doesn't take up a lot of desk real estate and it's got great power with the Intel Core 2 processor in it (speed depends on which option you chose on purchase).
