Heritage Quest Guide for Foomby’s Stolen Goods

Last night some guild members and I completed the Foomby’s Stolen Goods Heritage Quest. I thought that I would provide a guide to this great heritage quest. This Heritage Quest offers one of the best rewards of any Heritage Quest.

The quest starts with Foomby Slopdigger in Enchanted Lands (-685, -1, -638).

Foomby asks you till kill some Darkflight Faeries who stole the Cracked Gold Monocle. The Darkflight Faeries can be found around Chomper’s Pond. This is the worst part of the quest. My group and I had to kill about 50 faeries before the Cracked Gold Monocle dropped. Once you get the quest update, run back to Foomby.

After talking to Foomby, he asks you to kill a large fish (Chomper) in Chomper’s pond (-169, +11, -503). Chomper is a pretty tough fish (level 37 ^^^) so make sure you have a good group. Chomper’s placeholder is “A Hungry Nibbler.” Once you kill Chomper, run back to Foomby for the next step.

Once you have killed Chomper, you have to go talk to Bellendis Tempestcall (+200, +1, -260) who is in the granary at Granary Hill. The next part of the quest requires you to kill 15 Lamias in 20 minutes in order to spawn Baz’Tarog the Corrupter a level 40^^ heroic mob (-480, +8, -901). You must kill Baz’Tarog within 5 minutes of killing your last Lamias. The Lamias are located up the hill from Foomby. After you kill Baz’Tarog, return to Bellendis Tempestcall (+200, +1, -260). After speaking with Bellendis, your last step in the heritage quest is to talk to Foomby one last time.

I recommend everyone doing this quest as soon as you can. The 20 slot bag is one of the best Heritage Quest rewards in the game.

Hey thanks for this little guide! I stumbled upon this quest recently and didn’t know where to find Bellendis, and just gave up for the time being thinking there would be many more steps afterwards. Now that I know it’s a fairly short quest I’m going to get some guildies together and go finish it off.

Thanks again!

This was my favorite HQ quest in EQ2. :P I think it’s because for me it was the easiest…

A nicely done guide on it! :)
