I have always liked Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad-aware SE Spyware program.

Registry Cleaner Programs

The third type of mal ware and spyware removal program is a registry cleaner. Some computer viruses and spyware makes changes to your Windows registry. For a good registry cleaner I recommend - Registry Cleaner and Optimizer.
